NV, Crémant du Jura Indigene Magnum Chinon One of the more simpleA crisp and flavorful bobble from Jura: The wine consists of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trousseau. The second fermentation in the bottle does not take place with the normal dosage but instead uses grape juice from vin de paille and local yeast strains. A perfect wine if you are looking for a Cremant with more flavor and a little more fruit and body.
