2023, Croix-Martin Rouge Sicilien cool and long-lived Chardonnay –Croix Martin is a cuve confidentielle composed of old Pinot Noir vines and Grolleau. The grapes ferment spontaneously with their own yeast cells and are vinified naturally without clarification, filtration or added sulphur.
