On the nose it is an intense bouquet of red fruits like wild strawberries with floral nuances of violet. On the palate it is both subtle and fresh, combining flavors of cherry with a small note of menthol. The bubbles are deliciously fine, like elegant pearls. Goes perfectly with grilled meat, try it!
