The maceration lasts 8 10 days at a controlled temperature. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This Primitivo has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by aromas of red fruits and herbs. Full bodied, mild, harmonious with plenty of tannins. Ready to drink immediately. Can be best served with hearty appetizers
