Burja Zelen 2025 Biowein Cannonau the Vajgen vineyardMineral, floral, deep Zelen is an indigenous white wine variety from Slovenia and is very popular in the Vipava Valley. Zelen translates as green in German. For the Burja Zelen, Primoz Lavrencic uses vines aged between 5 and 10 years. In the current vintage, the grape juice was left in contact with the skins for 2 days before undergoing 7 months maturation in stainless steel tanks. This process gives the Zelen a character all of its own. Its colour is
