The 2019 Doosberg was aged in doppelstück and stück for one year and for another six months on the fine lees in stainless steel
so I don't like those
but my rating assumes that will gradually develop
concentrated and almost painfully intense medium weight flavors that conclude in a bone-dry
smoke- and spice-tinged red/blue fruit qualities
