Slipknot No. 9 Iowa Whiskey under-10 Mango DaydreamA blend of 3 4 yr. old straight rye and straight bourbon mashed, fermented, distilled and aged at the Cedar Ridge Distillery. Mashbill: 51% Corn, 35% Malted Rye, 14% Malted Barley It begins quite floral, with hints of honeysuckle and lily. Then, corn and caramel hit.
