Bollinger needed red wine for their rosé so this is a reprise after concentrating on making red wine for the rosé

Antoine Jobard, Bourgogne Blanc Size:6x750ml with vines grafted on rootstock(from Sous la Velle, En lOrmeau and La Monatine). Here too the nose is super fresh though with a different aromatic profile of apple, pear and lemon rind. The energetic and well detailed flavors possess a really lovely texture for a wine of this level, all wrapped in a lingering and saline inflected finish. This is an excellent Bourgogne. (87 89) 2022+
