Red and black plums

September saw milder weather together with sporadic precipitation

There is very good volume to the reasonably well-detailed medium-bodied flavors that culminate in a mocha-infused finish that noticeable wood and warmth can be found

Clos Solon

atypical vintage for this incredibly storied wine

Dujac Fils et Pere, Nuits Saint Georges Les Damodes Vintage:2016 Red and black plumsThis is the first wine in this group to display a pronounced floral component to the aromas of cool and distinctly earthy red and dark currant aromas. There is excellent detail and fine intensity to the medium weight flavors that possess plenty of minerality on the spicy, balanced and beautifully lingering finish. Lovely. (89 92) 2020+
