dry and solidly persistent finale
with aromas of shoe polish and licorice
but not for the Chardonnay
This doesn't show the best today
In this tasting with the Symingtons
Pierre Morey, Meursault Blanc Brut Zero dry and solidly persistent finale(from Les Pellans, Les Forges and Les Chaumes de Narvaux). Here too there are notes of residual secondary fermentation aromas though Morey confirmed that the malo had finished. Otherwise there is fine volume to the round and suave middle weight flavors that terminate in a refreshing bitter lemon inflected if somewhat short finish. This was somewhat awkward, and readers should know that my projected range is as much a guess as a prediction.
