The wines then spend approximately one year in French oak and a second year in cask prior to being bottled
but in 2008 the wine has gorgeous inner perfume allied to a level of pure juiciness that rounds out some of the rough edges that are at times present in this bottling
this is more concentrated than the previous vintage but still showcases elegant balance
