Description

black raspberry liqueur and equally potent earth and game nuances

Not one to put away and age

150gm/L residual sugar

Henri Bonneau, Chateauneuf Du Pape Vintage:2007 I will tip the age(from young vines, probably to be bottled as Marie Beurrier) Very fresh, precise red berry and candied cherry aromas complicated by sexy baking spices and flowers. Juicy and sweet, with deep raspberry flavor and a velvety texture. This seems utterly tannin free and finishes with exceptional persistence. Josh Raynolds
