Most failures are caused by silica or carbon deposits coating the rod

Designed for reliability in demanding environments

Using a rating more than 10% separate from the motor’s nameplate can cause the compressor or fan motor to run hot

Constructed from reinforced Buna-N synthetic rubber

The 'Q' typically designates the quick-connect terminal configuration

Trane CPT0670 Run Capacitor Most failures are caused byThe Trane CPT0670 is a high performance 55 5 MFD 440V round run capacitor designed for demanding HVACR applications. For technicians servicing Trane and American Standard units, this dual capacitance component provides critical support for both the compressor and the outdoor fan motor. With a voltage rating of 440 VAC, it is fully backward compatible with 370V systems, offering increased dielectric strength and thermal headroom. The round run
